All sites include full hook-ups; power, water and sewer. Premium sites are larger with extra parking for up to 2 vehicles. Power up to $100 per month included in all rates. Most sites are back-in. Rates are for 2 adults; $3 per additional person, per night. Monthly camper's RVs must be manufactured in the year 2000 or newer. Restored classic campers must receive pre-approval from management. Mobile homes are not permitted.

Reservations & Cancellations
The Holden Beach RV Park and Campground is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. Reservations are first come first serve. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 7 days prior to your arrival date to cancel so we can accommodate other campers. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival are subject to a $40 cancellation fee.
Camping is an outdoor experience, therefore, we do not give refunds due to sand, trees, the discomforts of nature, illness, work schedules, or change of minds of staying. We do not give any refunds / pro-rate for early departure.
Must have a tent. Only 1 tent per tent campsite. Price includes 6 campers. 6 Campers maximum per site.
Rates include 2 adult campers. Additional adult campers are $3 per night. You may have as many children (12 & under) as you like. RV campers may have an extra tent on their site for $10 per night.
You may have 1 vehicle parked at your site; (2 on Premium sites). Parked vehicles must be fully off the road and within your site. Overflow parking for vehicles is beside the field by the mailboxes, or at the office. Temporary overflow parking for boats & trailers is available behind site 5, please contact the office.
Posted speed limits are for the protection of our campers and pets. Please observe the 10 MPH maximum speed limit.
Children using the bath houses must be supervised by an adult. For safety, children should be supervised by an adult at all times.
Campfires & S’mores
Small contained campfires are permitted, s’mores are encouraged.
11PM - 7AM. Please allow others to get a good night's sleep. Generators may not be used at any time.
Internet & WiFi
Free WiFi is available throughout the campground for your enjoyment. WiFi Name: "HBRV Happy Camper"
Electric golf carts are allowed on property with a valid proof of insurance. Proof of insurance must be presented at the time of check in. Only licensed and insured drivers (age 16+) may use the golf cart while on the campground. No speeding, reckless or drunk driving.
Recreational games such as Corn Hole, Horseshoes, and more are available upon request at the office during office hours.
Pets love camping, and we love pets! Please keep pets leashed and quiet at all times. Stay with your pet at all times. Aggressive dogs will be asked to leave. Always clean up after your pet. Only 2 pets permitted per guest.
Family Reunions, Weddings & Large Groups
We welcome family reunions and large group gatherings. Call us at 910-842-1809 for more information and to discuss how we can accommodate your gathering.
Restrooms & Laundry
We appreciate the many compliments we get on our clean restrooms and laundry facilities. Dish, pet, and clothes washing is prohibited in the restrooms for sanitary reasons. Quarters for laundry machines are available at the front office.

For all other emergencies (fire, medical, or other rescue need) please call 911.

Wildlife & Wilderness
We are in the woods and that comes with certain dangers. Please be cautious of venomous snakes such as copperheads who can blend in with the brown pine straw, alligators who frequent NC inland waters & wetlands, & plants such as thorns or poison ivy.
We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items.
Additional rules for long term campers are provided at check-in and can be provided upon request.
